Restyling of Activities exception dates: cleaner recurring activity view

Exception dates on recurring activities are now visually subdued, reducing clutter in the activity view without removing the information. Staff and residents can still see exception details in the activity detail section when needed.

Absences

Absences improvements: configurable fields per role and type

Absence forms are now more flexible. Administrators can configure which fields are required per resident role and per absence type, reducing friction for shorter absences where full detail is not needed.

• Obligatory field completion is configurable per resident role and absence type (short or long)
• Absence type is determined automatically based on whether the return date matches the departure date (same day is a short absence)
• Optional fields are no longer shown as mandatory when creating an absence

Concierge / Wellness

Concierge / Wellness improvements: filter control on the request grid

Staff can now filter out recurring requests from the Concierge / Wellness grid, making it easier to focus on new and one-time requests without the clutter of scheduled items.
