Absences: log and manage leave from the resident app

Residents can now log absences directly in the Community app, giving staff accurate real-time visibility into departures and returns without relying on manual communication.

Activities: notifications now include change context

Staff-triggered changes to activities now produce notifications that name the specific date and time of the affected instance, along with which fields changed. Residents can see what was updated without needing to open the activity.

Activity suggestions for Residents

Using resident profile data, the platform can now automatically suggest relevant activities. Suggestions are based on the activity's title and category, matched against the resident's About Me, Interests, Other Interests, Talents and Hobbies, Typical Day, Expectations, and Retired Life Description fields.

Reservations: book amenities through Concierge and Wellness

Staff can now link amenities or amenity categories to Concierge and Wellness items, enabling residents to book facilities as part of their service order. Booking rules are configured per item to match community availability and policy.
