The week and month views in the Activities back office now visually reflect the status of signed-up users, helping staff quickly understand activity status at a glance.

• Green: at least one person is confirmed to attend
• Orange: the waitlist is active
• Blue: interest exists, but no one has signed up yet
• Red: the activity has been canceled

• Drag‑and‑drop images: upload headers or backgrounds on the spot.
• Shared asset library: Cubigo will provide a shared asset library with themed assets for each month of the year. If you’d like to share your own favorite corporate or community themes with your team members, feel free to contact your Customer Experience Manager, and they can upload them for you.
• Total color freedom: choose any color, or sample one with the new eyedropper.
• Templates: Local staff can create, edit, and remove templates for their community. Corporate staff can manage templates applicable to all communities under their organization.
